Special Education Advocacy
Ensuring children succeed.
Your Child’s Rights
Federal law requires that children with disabilities receive a free and appropriate education. But some schools don’t always try their hardest to provide such an education.
That’s why we’re here.
We teach our parents the ins and outs of the special education process, including a child’s rights under state and federal law. We offer various packages to serve our parents, including coaching and full-service representation for due process hearings.
How We Can Help
Coaching
We offer coaching services to help educate families about the overall process, as well as provide specific advice on their case.
Facilitation of Meetings
We are available to attend school meetings with parents to ensure they have a voice in their child’s education.
Mediation and Due Process
We represent families in mediation and due process hearings when a school dispute cannot be resolved.
